Work life boundaries for leaders: How to achieve and promote wellness at work
Friday, June 16th at 10:30 am to Friday, June 23rd, 2023 at 12:00 pm
- In-person event
Effectively managing the balance between work and life is critical to the success of flexible work environments, from both an individual and organizational perspective. This is particularly true for leaders, who are expected to not only maintain their own work-life wellness, but also promote it in others. This two-part online workshop will immerse participants in a learning experience designed to support awareness-building (part I) and skill-building (part II) related to work-life wellness for both oneself and others. By taking part in this workshop, participants can expect to learn how to: identify their unique work-life preferences and associated strategies for maintaining wellness, notice signs of work-life interference and ways to effectively manage it, navigate conversations with others about workplace boundaries, promote wellness and healthy boundaries in others, and much more!
This two-part online workshop is scheduled for the following dates and times:
- Friday June 16, 10:30am – 12:00pm
- Friday June 23, 10:30am – 12:00pm
