This learning opportunity is a Management Development offering, intended for Carleton University managers.

Workshop Description

Assertiveness and effective communication are at the forefront of conflict resolution. When we can understand how to communicate clearly and be assertive without being aggressive, we are able to better support ourselves when faced with confrontation without compromising a working or personal relationship. This workshop will help equip participants with tools to communicate with people in and outside of the workplace.

This workshop will be facilitated by Sue Faubert.
