Workshop Description and Objectives
Designed for intermediate Excel users, this advanced session focuses on managing structured data with greater precision and efficiency. Participants will learn to convert ranges into Excel Tables, use structured references for dynamic formulas, manage records effectively, apply powerful lookup functions (like VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP), and perform advanced sorting techniques. Participants will also focus on filtering, summarizing, and analyzing structured data, and will learn to isolate key information using advanced filters, apply conditional summary functions (SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF), and create dynamic reports using PivotTables and Pivot Charts. Ideal for those working with complex datasets, this workshop equips users with powerful tools for deeper data insights and more effective reporting.
This workshop builds on the Excel Level 2 workshop and related skills to support more strategic data handling and analysis.
