The Enneagram is a personality framework mapping nine interconnected types, revealing core motivations, fears, and desires to foster self-awareness and growth, rather than just behaviours. Assessments identify your primary “type” and related types, explaining patterns in how you interpret the world, manage emotions, and handle stress, offering insights for personal development, relationships, and work. By learning about our Enneagram type, we open our eyes to the behaviours that help and those that hinder our ability to be productive, to collaborate with others, and to navigating challenging situations.
Additional benefits of learning about the Enneagram in the workplace include:
- Enhanced self-awareness
- Strategies for personal and professional development
- The ability to identify helpful and hindering behaviours and emotional habits
- A deeper understanding of our own patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving
Participants will move through both the Enneagram assessment and a debrief on your results.
The online workshop will be facilitated by Sue Faubert.
