This workshop is designed to help professionals at all levels develop the leadership and communication skills that drive teams forward. Participants will explore how to motivate and inspire others, manage emotional dynamics, and build trust and collaboration—regardless of their role or title.
Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to navigate tough conversations, deliver meaningful feedback, and use praise as a strategic tool for boosting morale and performance. The focus is on real-world application: how to reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, and lead with confidence in everyday interactions. Whether you’re managing a team or simply want to strengthen your ability to influence others, this workshop will equip you with the tools to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose—ultimately helping your organization perform more effectively and cohesively.
This workshop will be facilitated by Sue Faubert.
