The Office of Quality Initiatives and Human Resources are pleased to co-host a mixture of in-person and virtual Management Morning sessions.

What are Management Mornings?

Management Mornings are monthly sessions which provide a space for management to gather in real-time to learn from one another by sharing insights, promising practices, discussing relevant management topics, and considering ways of overcoming shared challenges. We appreciate that managers within our Carleton community are continually adapting to change and working in new ways.  Whatever that looks like in practice for you, our goal is to support you in that process. These recurring sessions aim to bring managers together for a chance to learn from one another’s experiences, skills, successes, and challenges.

Please note: This development opportunity is aimed at professional services and academic staff who are currently in non-union management roles at the university (e.g., Managers, Directors, Associate Deans, etc.).
