Promoting a Digital Mindset: Online Lunch and Learns
The Digital Mindset Strategy Implementation Group (SIG) aims to foster digital literacy within the department in several ways, including enhancing the university’s Finance and Administrative (F&A) division’s knowledge, comfort and use of the Microsoft tools Carleton already invests in.
In September, the SIG launched a questionnaire to better understand staff’s level of awareness, skill and use of 12 different Microsoft applications and to identify which ones to prioritize for support and training. Based on the results, the Digital Mindset SIG is offering a series of online lunch learns, starting with Copilot and Planner.
All F&A staff are invited to join us to learn more about these tools and their functionality and how other F&A teams/departments are already using them. We also encourage you to come prepared with any questions you may have!
