Available to receive feedback, comments, and concerns from students within your year standing to report back to council.
Communications Administrator
Answers inquiries on social media platforms and via email, escalates any issues to co-presidents
First Year Representative
Works on a rotating schedule with all council members to learn about CMSS roles. Use your position to help facilitate social connections in your year.
CMSS Event Support
Events Technician/Coordinator
Assists with running weekly events and provides technical and sound support when needed.
Alternate MC
Available to speak and announce events when one or both co-president(s) are unavailable.
Student Event and Music Marketing/Promotion
Artist Promoter
Attends local events featuring Carleton Music Students/Staff to promote CMSS and the Carleton Music Department. Report event details and provide photos/videos to Content Curators. Receive initial information regarding upcoming shows and discuss with Content Curators.
Content Curator(s)
Uses templates to create social media content to promote CMSS events and receive information from Artist Promoter for local advertisements. Screen Carleton Music Students event details with co-presidents before posting on CMSS Instagram.
