Dear students,

With the end of fall term classes approaching, I find myself reflecting on what we’ve experienced this past year.

Here at Carleton, 2022 began with remote learning due to the pandemic and it’s ending with full reintegration to in-person classes. For many, this fall represented their first term on campus.

No doubt that 2022 has been a year of significant change and this has been challenging for students, faculty and staff. Nevertheless, together, here we are in the last week of classes. At the end of the term, with deadlines for term work and the start of final exams it is absolutely normal to feel some anxiety. Our December newsletter contains some tips to help overcome this and there are other supports available on campus. Please don’t hesitate to contact the PMC if you need assistance.

On behalf of all staff here in the PMC, I wish you the very best on your upcoming exams followed by a healthy and happy holiday season!
