Join the PMC Resilience Seminar on November 28 or November 30 from 1-2pm and learn about what resilience is and some tips and practices on how to build resilience.

The PMC Resilience seminar is a one-hour course that presents resilience as a skill that we can learn and practice to help maneuver our way through challenges that we may face.

We will explore questions like what resilience really is, what stress can do to our bodies, and if all stress is bad. We will also learn some strategies and tips that we can use to build resilience throughout our time at university and beyond.

Participation and discussion are welcome but not required. Registration is free but required in order to receive the zoom link to attend.
