Join the PMC Recognizing Burnout Seminar(s) on Monday, February 27 at 1:00pm OR Thursday, March 2 at 1:30pm to learn about the signs and symptoms of burnout and some tips and practices on how we can prevent it.

Recognizing Burnout is a 30-minute seminar that delves into the signs and symptoms of burning out so we can implement practices to prevent it. The seminar explore what burnout is, the three components of burnout, and potential symptoms we may have. We will also go over some simple steps we can take to prevent burnout within our academic and working lives. Participation and discussion are welcomed, but not required for this seminar.
