Individual Counselling
- Health & Counselling Services (Main Clinic): Counselling Services is open for both in-person and virtual appointments. Wait times for appointments may vary.
- Residence Counselling: a satellite office of Counselling Services and open exclusively to Carleton students living in residence.
- Centre for Indigenous Support & Community Engagement: culturally centered individual counseling to students who self-identify as First Nation, Metis, or Inuk.

Therapy Dog Program
“The Carleton University Therapy Dog Program is our in-house Therapy Dog Program, designed to bring positive (or as we say, paws-itive) mental health and wellness supports to our community.
Wellness Desk
“The Wellness Desk, located at 204A MacOdrum Library, is a space for students to learn about resources, connect with our Wellness Coordinator, and decompress during stressful times of the year. The Wellness Desk is overseen by the Wellness Coordinator as well as a team of dedicated student staff.”
