“Where Does the Time Go?” Maximizing your Time in Graduate School

In graduate school, you may sometimes feel that there is always so much to do and so little time to do it in. However, with strong time management skills, you can make the most of every minute, create achievable plans, and follow manageable schedules.

Join us on Friday, February 9 at 11:00am to learn how to budget your time wisely and effectively.

After attending the workshop, students will receive both the presentation and resource materials via email. Registration is free but required in order to receive the Zoom link to attend.

“Everything is Totally Fine”: Prioritizing and Practicing Self-Care in Graduate School

With many competing priorities in graduate school, staying “well” may not always make it onto your to-do list. Success in graduate school is only possible if you make yourself (your overall “wellness”) a priority.

Join us on Friday, March 8 at 11:00am to learn more about setting healthy boundaries, managing expectations, and graduate support resources.

After attending the workshop, students will receive both the presentation and resource materials via email. Registration is free but required in order to receive the Zoom link to attend.
