EAF Review Update: Deloitte Selected for Third-Party Efficiency Review

To All Members of the Carleton Community:

As you know, Carleton is participating in an efficiency and accountability review mandated by the Ministry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security (MCURES).

Following a thorough procurement process, Carleton has selected Deloitte as the third-party consulting firm that will perform this review. As required by MCURES, the team will work to identify efficiencies and best practices in areas such as governance, administrative and student services, academic programming, facilities, procurement and revenue generation opportunities. Carleton must submit a final report on the review to MCURES in the Fall term.
