As at graduate student I enjoyed working part-time at CHEO and anticipated that IWK Health would provide a similar work environment. I was also interested in learning more about the administrative side of clinical research.

The skills that were most valuable after graduation were time management, assertiveness, research methodology and statistics, and collaboration. I also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship with Dr. Andrea Howard during which time I was able to gain experience in leadership, writing process documents, honing my quantitative skills, and exploring new areas of developmental psychology.
Are there specific Psychology courses, professors, or experiences that stood out during your time at Carleton?
Drs. Andrea Howard and Anne Bowker were amazing mentors. I was also fortunate to TA for Janet Mantler.
