The Registrar’s Office regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you have any questions while looking through the information on this website, please get in touch with us during our office hours.

Visit us in person
We are located at 300 Tory Building. We use a line management and appointment booking system. Please use this system to access services from our office – we encourage all students to use this system.
The Student Registration Assistance Team
The Student Registration Assistance (SRA) team are students – like you – who are available to assist you with the questions you may have about registration. They can even assist you with the process of registration. SRA are available during peak registration periods.
The SRA team can help you with:
- General registration assistance
- First year course selection
- Building a conflict free timetable
- Carleton Central navigation, features and support
- Providing elective options
- Referrals to other campus services

The AAC is here to provide you academic advice to help you stay on track. You can make an appointment with an advisor to discuss any concerns you may have with your academic standing at the university.

If you are looking to apply to an undergraduate degree program, you can contact the Admissions Office.

For help with awards, bursaries or OSAP, you can contact the Awards Office. The Awards Office also provides a number of budgeting tips to help you manage your finances during the academic year.

If you need medical assistance or would like to speak to a counsellor, you can contact Health and Counselling Services to make an appointment.

ITS is here to assist you with all of your technology needs whether it is setting up your MyCarleton One account, help with Brightspace, wireless access on campus, or anything else that you may need technical support for.

If you have a physical or a learning disability that may impact your studies, you should register with the PMC. They staff at the PMC can help to arrange the necessary accommodations to help you succeed at Carleton.

The Registrar’s Office manages the academic activities of all Undergraduate and Special students, and they support your academic progress from registration to graduation. The Registrar’s Office can also help you to navigate Carleton Central, to add/drop a course, to build a timetable or with registration in general.

Student Accounts Receivable is responsible for responding to student inquiries on the payment of fees.
