Examinations are scheduled on weekdays and weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). Sunday examinations have been listed in the academic calendar for a few years and many other Canadian universities include Sundays in their examination schedule. This year Carleton University has increased the number of examinations on Sunday due to our increased student enrolment and the inclusion of the Fall Break. Carleton University accommodates students and staff who, by reason of religious obligation, must miss a compulsory academic event such as an examination and more information about this is available on the Equity Services website at carleton.ca/equity/accommodation/holy-days.
