Unlocking the Power of AI Tools | A TIM–TiE Ottawa Innovation Week Launch Event

Innovation Week at Carleton University launched with impact as the Technology Innovation Management (TIM) – Carleton University and TiE Ottawa joined forces to kick off the first of five sessions in our new AI-first workshop series—and we’re proud to share it was a sold-out event with 120 engaged participants!

This dynamic partnership between TIM and TiE Ottawa is rooted in a shared commitment: to empower professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to lead—not lag—in today’s AI-powered world.

A huge thank-you to:

The session featured live demos and hands-on insight from our three exceptional TIM AI Coaches:

– Hridesh Kapur – Fintech innovator and AI adoption expert
– Jiuhui (Sonny) Cai – Supply chain and AI integration specialist

Together, they guided participants through the real capabilities of ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity—proving that these tools, when used purposefully, can truly unlock productivity, creativity, and innovation.
