Please note that students may update or pick up their Campus Card based on the below schedule, however the pass is restricted to the date range when the student is eligible.
Fall Pass Period (2024)
(September 1st – December 31st)

| Update your Campus Card with the new U-Pass starting | August 26th, 2024 (Please check the Nideyinàn Hours of Operation) |
| Start using your U-Pass as of | August 28th, 2024 |
| Opt-out Deadline | September 14th, 2024 |
Winter Pass Period (2025)
(January 1st – April 30th)
| Card Pick Up begins | January 6th, 2025 |
| Start using your U-Pass as of | January 1st, 2025 |
| Opt-out Deadline | January 14th, 2025 |
Summer Pass Period (2024)
(May 1 – August 31)
| Renewal begins | April 16, 2024 (Please check the Nideyinàn Hours ours of Operation) |
| Card pick up begins | April 22, 2024 |
| Deadline to return a valid card for a full (100%) refund | May 14 (annually) |
| Opt-out deadline | August 31 (annually) |
