Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every participant. In order to ensure our instructors are well-rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.
Payment and Deposit
- A deposit of $50 will be taken upon registration to secure your spot. See below for cancellation policy.
- The full camp balance (camp fee plus extended care if applicable) is due 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.
- Login to your online account to make a payment early or the payment will automatically be charged on the due date below.

Cancellation Policy
We do not support Active Refunds. Since we have our own Cancellation Policy we recommend you don’t select an Active Refund as an Add-On. You will need to request a refund through Active if you select this option.
You are able to cancel your academy registration through your Active account and will be charged the cancellation fee automatically. If you would like a credit on your account or to transfer camps please email us vv@carleton.ca.

- There is no fee to switch into a different program or to switch weeks (depending on space availability). To transfer to a different academy please email us vv@carleton.ca.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of registration will incur a $15 admin fee. You must email vv@carleton.ca within 24 hours of registration. Cancellations schedule honoured by the requested date of refund (via email or phone).
- If any programs are cancelled by Virtual Ventures all participants will receive a full refund.
Discounts

| Carleton University Employees | $35 per registration |
- At checkout, indicate (question provided) you are a Carleton staff and provide your staff email. You will then receive a coupon code to apply at checkout.
- Virtual Ventures has the right to request proof of employment, and remove any discounts that were used by non-Carleton employees.
- If for some reason the discount did not apply during registration, please contact us by email at vv@carleton.ca.
