Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every camper. In order to ensure our instructors are well rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.

Payment and Deposit

A deposit of $50 will be taken upon registration to secure your camp spot. See below for cancellation policy.

The full camp balance (camp fee plus extended care if applicable) is due 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations please email vv.director@carleton.ca.

There is no fee to switch into a different camp or to switch camp weeks (depending on space availability).

Cancellations within 24 hours of registration will incur a $15 admin fee. You must email vv.director@carleton.ca within 24 hours of registration.

Bursary

Virtual Ventures does have a Bursary Program for those who qualify. Bursary applications are based solely on financial need and can be completed using the bursary online form.
