The EU’s Security Role in Georgia after 2008: Lessons from the EU Monitoring Mission

Dr. Licinia Simão is a researcher at the Centre for Social Studies, University of Coimbra, and is a visiting scholar from Portugal at the Centre for European Studies, Carleton University.
