The McMillan Chair in Russian Studies is a research unit within the Institute of European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (EURUS) at Carleton University. The McMillan Chair’s mission is focused on researching, teaching, and public outreach in relation to contemporary Russian politics, economy, foreign policy, and society. The Chair further seeks to build ties with international scholars whose research relates to contemporary Russia and to support the work of related scholarly associations.
