OQI invites members of the Carleton community to submit a proposal for a quality improvement idea. Quality Improvement projects are a part of the University-wide initiative to continuously advance processes, services, and programs which advance Carleton’s achievement of strategic goals and departmental goals.
These projects accelerate the pace at which we identify and develop innovative practices which drive change across campus. Proposals for projects can be either cross-functional or department/office specific in scope; submitters must note that collaboration will be key in both cases.

Once approved, the Office of Quality Initiatives helps enable these projects by providing organization and facilitation to support improvement teams through the research, analysis, and implementation activities that are associated with the project.
