Organizational Excellence Steering Committee
The Organizational Excellence Steering Committee (OESC) evaluates and prioritizes quality improvement initiatives, overseeing projects from start to finish.
Sponsors of Administrative and Academic Units at Carleton are encouraged to propose projects that enhance operational or organizational efficiencies. These may include service improvements, operational analyses, or adoption of best practices.
The OESC meets six times a year to evaluate new proposals, review project progress updates, and offer guidance, recommendations, and support.
