Current Research

As a spatial analyst, I am interested in studying the spatial distribution of ecosystem services, species and their interactions.

During my Ph.D., I tried to find how land-use change affects riverine ecosystem services. The results of my thesis were used by decision makers for making more ecological- and environmental-friendly decisions like determining the environmental flow of rivers.

In the Bennett Lab, I am working on prioritizing lands for biodiversity conservation in National and Local scales and systematic conservation stewardship decisions under various drivers.
