We have just upgraded the Capture server to address a problem Mac OS X version 10.10.5 users were having and add some new features (see the end of this message for more details).

The next time you open the Capture (TechSmith Relay) application installed on your computer, it will ask you to download the latest version. The application on the Carleton classroom computers has already been updated and can be found in the start menu under TechSmith Relay.

Please also note that the Capture service will be unavailable for a day during the fall break (October 26-30, 2015) for server upgrading and maintenance. We will let you know the exact date and times closer to the outage.

If you have any questions, concerns or comments please send us an email, capture@carleton.ca.
Thank you for using Capture!
