This year’s Research Day took place on Friday, April 8 in the Residence Commons. Fourth-year students in Chemistry, Food Science & Nutrition, Biology, Neuroscience, Earth Sciences, Integrated Science and Environmental Science presented their 4th year Honours projects in a poster presentation. One-hundred and sixty students participated in this day-long event and were judged by their academic supervisors for grading and by graduate students in their departments for prizes. For the departmental prizes in Chemistry, students were assessed on the quality of their projects, the methods used and findings, the presentation and the student’s ability to explain/discuss their projects. This year’s winners were:
