B.Hum 30th Anniversary Reunion

Below is the schedule for the weekend, please check back often for updates and announcements!

Friday October 2

7:00 – 10:00 p.m
Pub night at Ollie’s Pub and Patio
1st floor Nideyinàn (formerly Oliver’s, 1st floor University Centre)
Reconnect with fellow alumns, faculty, and staff!
Light snacks will be provided.
No cost, registration required. Adult only event.

Saturday October 3

Morning: 10:00 a.m until noon

Family friendly brunch on campus at the Riverbank Social restaurant
Pancakes, sausage, home fries, fruit salad (vegan options available)
Richcraft Hall, 1st Floor, Room 1420R.
No cost, Registration required.

Afternoon: 1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m.

Alumni TED talks and Keynote Speaker
Keynote Speaker: Professor and Associate Dean Paul Keen, author of Imagining What We Know. A Defense of the Humanities in a Utilitarian Age
HUMS Lecture Hall, Paterson Hall 303
Light refreshments will be served at the break
No cost, registration required.

Evening: 6:00 p.m to 1:00 am

Saturday: Reunion Banquet
6:00-7:00: Cocktail hour (cash bar)
River Lounge at Ramada Hotel
2259 Prince of Wales Dr.
$60 per person, adults only event, registration required.

Sunday October 4

Carleton Throwback events, including:

Panda Pancaker Breakfast, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, CRAFT Beer Market, Landsdowne Park
CUAG Fall 2026 Exhibition Launch, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Carleton University Art Gallery (1st Floor) St. Patrick’s
Panda Game, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, TD Place
