1. After you have logged into mySuccess, select Co-op Program on the left-side menu.
2. Scroll down and select the name of the degree program to which you belong.
3. Answer the two questions and then click on the Submit Application button to proceed.
3.5. Accept the confirmation message.
4. Now, you will see a summary of your application with status and action required boxes. Check back at this page for updates and watch your Cmail inbox for email messages regarding your application.
