Applying to Co-op

All Graduate student Co-op applications are submitted via mySuccess. See step-by-step application instructions here.

Co-op admission timeframes are as follows:

• December 31st for entry in January with a 1st work term in summer
• April 30th for entry in May with a 1st work term in fall
• August 31st for entry in September with a 1st work term in winter

All applicants will receive an admission decision via their Cmail account. Successful applicants will receive information regarding the Co-op Job Board and how to proceed with their first work term.

There is no COOP 1000 course for graduate students.

Upcoming Application Deadline:

Co-op applications via mySuccess for the Summer 2026 semester opened on January 1st, 2026. Summer admission means a first work term in Fall 2026. The last day to apply for summer admission is April 30th, 2026. See step-by-step application instructions here.

Admission applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Final admission decision will be made by academic departments once Winter 2026 final grades are available for review.
