Primary Items

First Impression: Did the candidate create a positive first impression? (e.g. punctuality, greeting)?
Self-knowledge: Did the candidate demonstrate self-knowledge by explaining their strengths, weaknesses, and experiences?
Knowledge of Field: Did the candidate articulate their relevant skills and experiences (demonstrating suitability/fit for the position)?
Quality of Responses: Did the candidate answer the questions in an accurate and appropriate manner (Demonstrating the situation, action, and result)?
Quality of questions: Did the candidate pose appropriate questions (Demonstrating preparedness and interest)?

Secondary Items

Grooming and dress: Was the candidate’s attire acceptable for a job interview with your organization?
Personal presentation: Was the candidate pleasant, poised, engaged, and confident in delivering their responses?
Non-Verbal Communication: Did this candidate demonstrate appropriate body language during the interview?
Interview close: Did the candidate demonstrate appreciation for your time?
