First place winner, receiving $7,500:

Second place winner, receiving $5,000:
Legal Services Clinic (LSC), National Law School of India University (India)
Third place winner, receiving $2,500:
Wits Initiative for Rural Health Education (WIRHE), University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) (South Africa)
In addition, two programs were awarded Honorable Mentions:
- Pathways to Higher Education, Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines)
- Centro de Desarrollo Comunal (CEDEOM), Universidad Señor de Sipán (Peru)
