For those interested in food politics looking for an introduction to the concepts of food sovereignty, food security, and land justice, the Student Federation at the University of Ottawa’s Sustainable Development Centre is hosting an upcoming workshop to teach you! Facilitated by Omar Elsharkawy, this workshop is part of several that make up their Food Security Day this November 19, from 9am – 7pm in the University of Ottawa’s University Centre Terminus.
