Here it is at last, the last day of 2016! How is everyone feeling? Ready for the new year?

2016 has been an exciting year for CFICE, we’ve welcomed new members to the team, participated in conferences, organized and participated on insightful panel discussions, and done some extraordinary work in all research hubs. And now CFICE is entering into the much awaited and anticipated Phase 2 of the project and we are so excited for what’s in store this coming year!

As the last day of the year today’s tip is to go paperless and say no to junk mail and flyers. You can find digital flyers for grocery stores online and there are also apps that you can put on your phone so you can look for deals anywhere you go. With the release of weekly flyers that are crammed in your mailbox, going paperless will reduce waste and also be easier to manage with the convenience and ease of everything being online.

With 2017 around the corner, the countdown is on and it’s time to think about New Year’s Resolutions.  Consider making a resolution to make this next year more environmentally friendly. Choose at least one thing that you can do to make a difference and stick to it. Maybe something we’ve talked about in the last month or anything else.

Have a safe and happy new year!
