The School of Social Work and Human Services at the University of the Fraser Valley invites applications for a full-time, permanent faculty member to teach across all of the Social Work and Human Services programs.

This faculty member will have clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: leadership and supervision, Indigenous social work practice, child welfare, family-centered social work, feminist practice, international social work, health care, mental health and addictions, disabilities, social work and the law, or gerontology. The successful applicant will possess strong communication and organizational skills with excellence in teaching and a record of scholarly activities including a developing research portfolio. Additional skills will include curriculum development, practicum supervision, working with a diverse student population, and being a team player.

The Selection Advisory Committee will begin reviewing applications on February 1, 2017; however, the position will remain open until filled.
