York University is currently recruiting candidates for two positions in Communications and Events Coordination in the Office of Advancement Services. One position is full-time, the other is contract.

The Division of Advancement’s mission is to inspire and cultivate meaningful engagement and philanthropic support to advance York University’s excellence in education, research and community service. Under the direction of the Associate Director, University Events & Ceremonies, the University Events & Ceremonies Communications and Events Coordinator (CEC) supports this mission by providing events and communications support for the University events and Ceremonies team. The Communications & Events Coordinator facilitates the integration of events, communication and marketing initiatives that encourages and enhances stakeholder relations and fosters growing levels of engagement and support for the University. This includes acting as a resource to University events and coordinating communications and marketing initiatives.
