This plain language podcast is based on an article titled A study of living wage effects on employees’ performance-related attitudes and behaviour by Zhaocheng Zeng and Benson Honig. In this article, the authors discuss the different attitudes towards their jobs held by living wage employees versus minimum wage employees.
