Community-campus engagement is offered and encouraged in many higher education organizations. This presentation by Donna Jean Forster-Gill, from Vibrant Communities Canada and Tom Cooper from the Hamilton Roundtable for Poverty Reduction (Poverty Hub community partners) seeks to analyze these programs and explore ways to maximize their usefulness to the non-profit community organizations which they assist. Specifically, this presentation provides an overview of the innovative partnerships experienced through three of the Poverty Hub’s community-campus engagement projects.
