Queen’s University is seeking a Diversity and Inclusivity Coordinator, Student Experience and Transition. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Dean, Student Life and Learning and work closely with staff in the Student Experience office, as well as campus partners to implement programs promoting diversity and inclusion in the Division of Student Affairs. The Diversity and Inclusivity Coordinator will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the services, programs, and initiatives that promote dialogue, understanding and learning through an intersectional approach.

The coordinator will create opportunities to develop a sense of belonging within the larger Queen’s community, promote visibility, and provide support and referrals to services both on and off campus for underrepresented students and student groups. They will work closely with campus partners and stakeholders to promote, implement and enhance programs that promote diversity and inclusion among students. They will work as part of a team that provides guidance, support and coordination of student experience and transition initiatives. The coordinator will especially work closely with the Student Experience Office on student transition, development and leadership programs.
