Are you interested in public engagement? Are you part of a community-university partnership? Is public engagement part of your work or research/teaching?
The organizers for People, Place, & Public Engagement encourage you to look at their call for conference presentation proposals, and to submit yours by May 11, 2018 through the Office of Public Engagement’s online submission portal.
The programming committee is interested in hearing from a broad range of individuals and groups. They are accepting conference presentation proposals from academic and community participants, with a particular interest in submissions from university/community partnerships.
The committee has developed a number of conference themes, including:
- People and Place
- The Publicly Engaged University
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation
- Equity and Diversity
- Technology and Infrastructure Platforms for Public Engagement
- Data and Analysis
- Dialogue and Communications

Participants from all stages of their careers and roles are encouraged to consider submitting a proposal.
