Booked Sessions
Schedule
- What: Learning and Writing Sessions (up to 50 minutes)
- When: Monday – Friday; 9am – 4pm
- Where: In-person (CSAS 4th floor of MacOdrum Library) or virtual

Booking Instructions

Login to MySuccess
Click on the three bars on the top left corner of MySuccess to open the navigation bar

Scroll down to Centre for Student Academic Support (CSAS)
Click the downward arrow followed by Appointments

Select Book by Appointment Type and choose a date and timeslot that works best for you
After you have booked a session, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your appointment

Please note: If a student is more than 15 minutes late, their session will be marked as a no-show. Please note that after three no-shows, students will no longer be able to make any further appointments, and will need to contact csas@carleton.ca. To avoid this, please ensure that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

- Login to MySuccess
- Select the downward arrow beside the Centre for Student Academic Support on the left-hand navigation bar, followed by Appointments
- Click on Booked Appointments
- Select View Appointment on the appointment you want to cancel
- Click the red Cancel button and select a reason for the cancellation.
- Click on Commit Cancellation

Sessions will resume in Fall 2026.

- Where: In-person (CSAS 4th floor of MacOdrum Library)

How to attend CSAS drop-in sessions?
- Check the schedule
Visit the CSAS website to find current drop-in days and times. - Sign in / register
Follow the check-in instructions at the front desk (4th floor MacOdrum Library). - Wait your turn
Support is first-come, first-served. - Be prepared
Bring your assignment, notes, questions, and course details to make the most of your time. - Keep it focused
Drop-ins are 30 minutes, try to prioritize your main questions. - Follow up if needed
For longer support, consider booking a one-on-one appointment.
