Accessing Engineering Academic Support Office Services
NOTE UNIVERSITY IS CLOSED: December 24, 2025 through January 2, 2026 inclusive and will reopen Monday, January 5
Students can access academic support and registration assistance by contacting the Academic Support Office team:
- If you are a 1st year (new or returning) email ECORSupport@carleton.ca.
- If you are a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student, email EngAcadSupport@carleton.ca.
Note: our office does not grant course registration overrides via email.

Drop-In
For in-person assistance, drop in at 2090 Minto CASE.
- Drop in academic support and registration assistance services will be provided in-person in 2090 MC during hours of operation:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm, and
Thursdays: 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
