Allan Ramsarran

Steelpan Artist

Allan Ramsarran is a native of Guyana and grew up in Toronto. He began his entertainment career in 1989 as a student of North Albion Collegiate Institute Toronto, Canada. He has played with many of Toronto’s Steelband Orchestras, performing in Ontario, across Canada, the USA and the Caribbean.

Allan became an active member of Ballet Creole musical ensemble (The Creole Drummatix) in March of 1993. As a performer he specializes on the Double-second Steel Pan and Afro-Caribbean drums and percussion. He also is a professional Dancer and Choreographer.

He sits on the Board of Directors of Ballet Creole and serves a Vice-President.  Alongside his musical talents Allan is a Professional Model, TV Host / Producer, and is currently a Flight Attendant and has been flying for over 25years.
