Biography
Ann is a first year PhD student in the Ethics and Public Affairs programme. She holds a BA (Honours) in History from Carleton University and a Certificate in Public Ethics from Saint Paul University. She completed her Master’s in Public Ethics at Saint Paul University in 2020, where her research examined incorporation of ethical standards into artificial intelligence (A1) for medical diagnostic technology. Ann’s current research focusses on ethical issues related to the development and use of artificial intelligence, notably codes of ethics for AI.
