Biography

Gabby Dupuis holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Epidemiology, with a focus on psychiatric epidemiology, both from the University of Ottawa. Within her doctoral studies, she is focusing on the ethical implications of the expansion of Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) for individuals with mental illness in Canada. Her previous research has explored topics including suicidality, moral injury, peer support, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Gabby currently serves as the Director of Research Partnerships at a federal organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of Veterans and their Families.
