Biography
Rebecca Robb is a third-year PhD candidate in Carleton’s Ethics and Public Affairs Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Victoria and a master’s degree in philosophy from Carleton University. Rebecca’s master’s thesis, Disability Friendly Virtue Ethics, blended ethics and disability studies. Her current research centres on the question of individual moral responsibility. Her specific focus is the crisis that occurred in Ontario long-term care facilities during COVID-19. Rebecca is a lecturer in Carleton University’s Lifelong Learning Program.
