On October 19, Frank Stronach, founder and honorary chairman of Magna International, spoke to Carleton students about the state of the world economy and his outlook on future opportunities for international business. This event was organized to thank Mr. Stronach for the creation of the Magna Fund in Russian Studies at Carleton University.
Many EURUS students attended the event, including those who have received grants from the Magna Fund for research and language study in Russia and the former Soviet Union.
