This book is based on some of the original work done by Chris Stoney and Les Pal and many materials that were prepared by Russian-Canadian Governance Advisory and Exchange Program (GAEP) Project.
The launch for this publication will take place in Moscow on January 24th, 2013 with the presence of the H.E. Canadian Ambassador, representatives from the Russian Presidential Administration, media and the academic community. The Centre for Governance and Public Management (CGPM) has been working closely with our Russian partners (particularly Professor Andrei Margolin at the Moscow Metropolitan Governance University) to deliver this textbook.
