Lithuania holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union from July through December 2013. Ramunas Vilpisauskas will assess main issues on the EU agenda during this time period and

Lithuania’s potential to use the Presidency to influence EU decision-making in two priority areas: energy policy, and EU’s Eastern Partnership relations.
